Beautiful table settings at the garden2blog event - fresh roses from the garden.
This was the highlight of my trip…. I found the adorable greenhouse used at the home retreat. It was wonderful to see it actually being used!
What a surprise to find my favorite tree just outside the art studio building at the Moss Mountain Retreat!
The extra kitchen where our meals were prepared has a grill located on the back side of the structure / landscape. Can’t wait to show the images I took in detail.
One of the last events was to tour the garden with P.Allen Smith with a glass of fabulous wine.

Upper floor of the back screened in porch at the Home of P.Allen Smiths Home & Garden Retreat. One of the things I love most about the south is the longer ‘outdoor’ time during the year.
This is the art studio at the Home & Garden Retreat at sunset.
Rain or shine P.Allen Smith is all about smiles! This was taken while we took cover out in the veggie garden shed during a down pour.
Some of my favorite herbs by the homes kitchen back door. I got some wonderful ideas for my own kitchens while touring this garden.
The food prepared by Chef Brian was just amazing! My favorite was this Citrus Salad with Pomegranate Dressing that you can find in the P.Allen Smith Seasonal Recipes From the Garden Cookbook.
The food prepared by Chef Brian was just amazing! This is the Nicoise Salad that is featured in The P.Allen Smith Seasonal Recipes From the Garden Cookbook. I snuck off during the tour and took some photos of the chef in his kitchen and even got a fun interview with him I will share on my website at BGgarden.com
Inside the Home at the Moss Mountain Farm I can’t help but wonder if those are @CostaFarms orchids. THEY looked amazing and very healthy!
